How this tool calculates the result

For each user-entered sale path, usable-funds day equals offer day plus days until funds are usable. Eventual net cash subtracts selling fee, payoff, other transaction costs and carrying cost through that day. Cash by deadline is zero until funds are usable. A selected no-sale path has zero proceeds. The count of paths meeting the target is not a chance of success: scenarios are not sampled or weighted from market data. This tool does not estimate the odds or timing of any sale.
